About Our Sessions
We have a range of options for sessions, for all new clients coming for the first time you pay £20 and this gives you a 60 minute session (all sessions are 60 minutes).
What to wear? You do not have to wear anything in particular just comfortable everyday clothing.

After your first session you will be given an information leaflet on salt therapy and some useful aftercare advice, you will also have in here a voucher to buy your first block of 3 sessions for £50 (this must be purchased within a month of your first session.
What we advise is after your first session purchase the block of 3 and do them no longer than over a 4 week period, this is how you can gauge how the salt therapy is working.

The amount of sessions to help the various conditions can vary, for more chronic symptoms you may require more frequent in the immediate term.
Salt therapy is a an amazing therapy that lots of our clients have been using regularly since we opened 15 years ago.
