Friendly Staff full of facts about the benefits of the salt rooms ( very interesting ), I suffer eczema and have only had one session which I found completely relaxing . I feel my face had a healthy glow the day after my session . I was given a voucher after my first visit for 3 sessions so will be booking this week .
I loved the experience and recommend that anyone thinking of trying it should . I went on my own and was made most welcome.
